Our Box Office is open to process your ticket requests by phone:
10 am to 2 pm Monday - Thursday
10 am to 7:30 pm Friday - Saturday
10 am to 5 pm Friday - Sunday
You may also stop by our Box Office during those hours or one hour prior to any performance, evenings or matinees. Our Box Office is located within Scottsdale Desert Stages Theatre at 4720 N. Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85251.

DUE TO THE POPULARITY OF OUR SHOWS AND THE INTIMACY OF OUR THEATRES THESE POLICIES HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE TO ENSURE THAT THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF PEOPLE MAY ENJOY OUR PRODUCTIONS.
- THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS
- TICKETS THAT CAN BE RESOLD MAY BE PLACED ON CREDIT
- THERE IS A $2 PER TICKET EXCHANGE FEE
- TICKETS MUST BE GIVEN TO BOX OFFICE TO EXCHANGE
- RESERVATIONS CAN NOT BE HELD WITHOUT PAYMENT UNLESS IT IS A GROUP SALE PACKAGE
- PAYMENT FOR GROUP PACKAGES MUST BE RECEIVED 2 WEEKS BEFORE SHOWTIME
- TICKETS NOT PICKED UP 5 MINUTES AFTER SHOWTIME ARE SUBJECT TO BE RELEASED AND RESOLD UNLESS BOX OFFICE IS PHONED AND MADE AWARE OF TARDINESS
- CUSTOMERS ARRIVING AFTER SHOWTIME ARE SUBJECT TO BEING PLACED WHEREVER THERE ARE SEATS AVAILABLE AT A TIME WITH LEAST DISTURBANCE TO THE SHOW

Desert Stages Theatre offers special accommodations to our patrons with disabilities. Please inform the Box Office of any special needs when making ticket reservations.
Theatre Seating:
Doors open for seating 20 minutes prior to performance.
Main theatre seating is specified by row and number.
Actor's Café adult productions seating is first available.
(Large groups and those needing assistance will be accommodated first.)

GROUP DISCOUNTS
We offer discounted rates to large groups! We welcome senior activity groups; singles organizations, youth clubs, churches, corporate groups and more! With several entertainment choices available, Scottsdale Desert Stages Theatre provides the perfect evening or afternoon outing for your specific organization. Plan a party at our theatre! We have a beautiful outdoor patio with umbrella seating, plus generous counter area for serving that accommodates large group activities. Or, let our Box Office help you pair your live entertainment with dinner or lunch at an area restaurant. Our ideal location in downtown Scottsdale means you have access to several fine area restaurants.

Groups should be booked as far in advance as possible to ensure seating availability. Final reservations and payment must be made two weeks prior to your show date. We can accommodate large bus parking-just let us know!
